Creating a calendar using Adobe Dreamweaver

Making a calendar using a template in Microsoft Word is easy, right? Well it’s also quite simple in Adobe Dreamweaver.

First, you want to open a new page by going to File> Open> Create. If you are already working on a website then open that instead and add a new page.
Once you’ve done that, go up to Insert> table (as shown below)

When you click on table, a window (shown below) will pop up on your screen

You will need to specify the number of rows and the number of columns along with the table width. Mapping out your calendar somewhere else will save you from the hassle of learning through trial and error because this can become time consuming and very frustrating. (The rest of the information such as cell padding, cell spacing, and border thickness is more of what looks good which, of course, is different for every person)

When all the information is satisfactory, click ok and a table should appear that looks similar to this

Then, all you have to do is fill in the information you want on your calendar. Once you type inside the individual boxes, they will get larger just as mine did when I typed in the days of the week

When you’re finished, don’t forget to link your main page to the new calendar page you just created!
