“Exogenous and autogenous” (Priest 49)

If organisms are the “centres of activity” the activities the organism will do will be handled in an inward controlled way (autogenous), but if an outside force within the periphery of the organism causes the activity then the organism responds in an improvised way (exogenous) (Priest 49). [hard]
